Important Information

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR SUMMIT ONLINE ACCESS

To access information on your Monitor Money account(s) administered for Monitor Money by Summit, you will need to register for this new service. Your ‘Welcome to Summit’ letter contains a ‘client reference number’ that you will need to use to register for online access.

For all registrations, a Date of Birth check is required
For security purposes, a Date of Birth check is a critical element of the Summit registration process
    - When you register, you will be asked to input a client reference number (see below if you have multiple accounts) and a corresponding Date of Birth.

You will find a ‘client reference number’ and its corresponding Date of Birth on your ‘Welcome to Summit’ statement
    - Summit will conduct an immediate check to ensure that the Date of Birth you submit is consistent with Summit’s record of the Date of Birth relating to that client reference number.

If your statement indicates that a Date of Birth has not been provided or if the Date of Birth is incorrect, you should seek assistance before you attempt to register
    - In circumstances where a Date of Birth is not recorded or has not been recorded correctly, you should contact the Monitor Money Client Service Unit on 1800 022 808 before you attempt to register.

    Please note:
If you have a Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) account (formerly MMS, MOS, MES, IAS, MPE or MPS)
    - In the past, Date of Birth information has not been collected for clients with non-superannuation accounts. However, for clients who registered for access to the old Monitor Money client site, Dates of Birth supplied to Monitor Money as part of the old registration process have been passed onto Summit.
    - In circumstances where a Date of Birth has not been provided or is incorrect, you should contact the Monitor Money Client Service Unit on 1800 022 808 before you attempt to register.

If you have multiple accounts........
You will receive multiple client reference numbers
    - The Summit system allocates an individual client reference number to each specific service. If you have multiple Monitor Money accounts, you will receive multiple client reference numbers.

You need to use only ONE client reference number (and its corresponding Date of Birth) to register
    - If you have multiple accounts, for registration purposes you are advised to select a client reference number that has a corresponding Date of Birth.
    - For example, if one of your accounts is an MPS account that does not have a corresponding Date of Birth (see explanation above), you are advised to select an alternative account for registration purposes.

You can arrange to link multiple accounts
    - Once you have registered, you can arrange to link multiple accounts so that you have visibility of your total portfolio. Instructions for linking multiple accounts are provided on the Summit system.
Whilst you are awaiting confirmation of your registration or if you experience any difficulties with the registration process, contact the Monitor Money Client Service Unit on 1800 022 808.
