Total fees you paid are calculated as follows:

Indirect costs

This is the dollar value of indirect costs (costs that are not charged directly to your account). Indirect costs are shown as Other Management Costs.

Direct fees

This is the total of all direct fees and charges as itemised in the detailed transactions section of your statement.
